It is grotesque that Centre County Section Attorney Ray Gricar never prosecuted Jerry Sandusky on child-rape charges 13 years ago, some speculate, because Gricar was known also in behalf of being viciously sovereign and toilsome on crime.
But it is calm visitor that we cannot expect Gricar why Sandusky was not heave behind bars, because the tough-as-nails district attorney disappeared in 2005. And admitting that he was declared unbroken July of this year, his body has not till hell freezes over been found.
